We use UPS carrier for US orders and DHL for international orders. We ship from the west coast of the United States. You will be sent an email with tracking for your order when it ships. 

If your order contains a back order, pre-order --we will ship you a second parcel at no charge.

In-stock items are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are expected to ship within approximately 4–5 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the individual product page.

We are launching and you may experience longer processing times on all orders.

Light Priestess Temple ships internationally from the West Coast of the United States using DHL, our international shipping partner.

DUTIES + IMPORT TAXES

All applicable international duties and import taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout, so you can see exactly what you’ll be charged before completing your purchase.

Please note that duties and import taxes are non-refundable, including when an item is returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Once your order has shipped, please allow approximately 7 business days or longer for international delivery via expedited air shipping.

What does 7 business days mean?

• The delivery estimate begins once your order has shipped, not on the date your order is placed.
• Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
• Customs processing time can vary by country and may extend your delivery time.
• International delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your DHL tracking information at the email address you provided at checkout.

Simply follow your tracking link to watch your package make its way from us to you.
